Description

I decided to update her design (yet again!) and add a few tweaks created by:iconink-leviathan: in their version here G: DracoPhobos

I put her wing pattern on the inside and the outside, thickened the armour on her skull plate, and gave her more 'finger' like claws:D

Also, I'm adding a species biology:

The Treasure Chest Dragon (Draco Thesaurum Cistamis) is a wonder of dragon evolution, sporting the successful traits of several breeds. While developing in its egg, the dragon embryo uses the high concentration of precious metal alloy in the yolk of the egg, bonding it to parts of its body through electrolysis. The resulting plating has all the lustre of gold and silver, but is as strong as steel, giving the dragon both armour and powerful weapons (horns and tail plating) The horns have a core of bone marrow that feeds the structure. All the treasure chest dragon's tissues are 3 times as dense as any other dragon's to compensate for the weight of the armour (Locket here tips the scales at 11, 600 lbs).

Treasure chest dragons are extremely territorial, which is based on their hoarding behaviour. Like the Vampire Dragon, the Treasure Chest Dragon has an opening on their chest, but instead of exposing organs there is a special gizzard-like pouch where the dragon keeps its 'loot' (gold, gemstones, precious ores, etc.) If angered, the dragon will fight with its wings, claws, and tail. If it absolutely has to, the dragon can rapidly heat its gizzard to melt all its treasure to spit at its opponent. They only do this as a last resort.

Lastly, the dragon's tongue is extremely long and flexible, akin to the dexterity of a human hand, which it uses to nab treasure it finds. This also allows the dragon to have a brilliant speech ability, able to imitate and speak a massive plethora of languages. Although rare originally, the Treasure Chest Dragon's biology made it a very successful species, and by the time dragons became civilized, there were far greater in number.
